The Medical Officer of the CAPFs, as well as any other Medical Officer or Assistant Surgeon belonging to Grade I of any Central/State Government Hospital or Dispensary, would conduct a medical examination on all candidates who will qualify the SSC CPO PET. Unsuitable candidates will be notified of their status and given a 15-day window to appeal. The decision of the Re-Medical Board/Review Medical Board will not be appealed; it will be considered final.

Educational Qualification required to appear for the SSC CPO Examination are as follows:
• A Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognised university is required.
• Male
candidates must have a valid Driving Licence for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) for the position of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police (alone) as of the date set for Physical Endurance and Standard
Tests. Otherwise, they will be rejected to appear for the Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.

A candidate need to qualify the PET/PST and be medically fit in order to appear for the SSC CPO Paper II.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) administers the Combined Police Organisation (CPO) Exam in three stages: Tier 1, PET/ PST, and Tier 2. While SSC CPO Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams are administered online, PET/PST exams are administered in person.
Educational Qualification

Candidates will be chosen based on their performance in Tier 1, Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET), Tier 2, and Medical Test.
There would be 200 Multiple Choice Questions in SSC CPO Paper 1. During the examination each correct answer is worth one mark, while each incorrect answer will deduct one-third of a mark. The SSC CPO 2023 Paper 1 will last 2 hours (120 minutes).
Take a fast glance at all of the questions within 2 minutes. You would then know the overall level of the section. Now you can answer the questions you know the answers to. Answer each question in 30 seconds or less.
Paper I of the SSC CPO Syllabus is broken into four sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension.
Questions in this
section will assess the candidate's grasp and knowledge of the English language and will be based on:
• Error recognition,
• Filling in the blanks (using verbs, prepositions articles, etc),
• Vocabulary,
• Spellings,
• Grammar,
• Sentence Structure,
• Synonyms,
• Antonyms,
• Sentence Completion,
• Phrases and Idiomatic Use of Words,
• Comprehension etc.
Each subject will have 50 questions, each worth one mark. There is a negative marking scheme in the exam, with 0.25 points deducted for each incorrect answer.
