The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be organizing the SSC MTS Recruitment 2023 Exam, a nationwide examination to select individuals for non-gazetted, non-ministerial posts in Group-C of the General Central Service. SSC MTS 2023 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the SSC MTS 2023 Exam, candidates need to fulfil three key criteria. Before completing the applications for the SSC MTS Exam, candidates must be familiar with the essential Eligibility Criteria related to nationality, educational qualifications, and age restrictions. SSC MTS Citizenship:

The candidate has to fall under either of the categories:

  • A citizen of India.
  • The subject of Nepal
  • The subject of Bhutan.
  • Tibetan Refugee
  • Person who is an Indian but have migrated from Sri Lanka, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam Pakistan, Burma, Afghanistan, Kenya, Tanzania.

SSC MTS Age Limit

The Recruitment Rules of various User Departments outline the age limits for the posts as follows:

  1. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and should not exceed 25 years old. They should be born between 02-01-1999 and 01-01-2006.
  2. For the age range of 18-27 years, candidates should be born between 02-01-1997 and 01-01-2006.
  3. In addition to the aforementioned Age Requirement, candidates belonging to reserved categories receive age relaxation as per Government Rules.
  4. Regarding the Havaldar position in CBIC and CBN, Department of Revenue, candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 27 years old. They should be born between 02-01-1996 and 01-01-2006 to be eligible for applying.

SSC MTS Educational Qualification

To be eligible for the SSC MTS 2023 Exam, candidates must have completed and passed the Matriculation (10th class) examination or its equivalent from a recognized State Board, University, or Institute.

SSC MTS 2023 Online Application

Commencing in the third week of June 2023, the online registration for SSC MTS 2023 will initiate alongside the announcement of the SSC MTS Notification 2023. The notification will provide the deadline for submitting online applications for the SSC MTS 2023 exam.

Firstly, the Staff Selection Commission releases the Application Status for SSC MTS, followed by the release of the Admit Card for each stage. Candidates are required to download the SSC MTS 2023 Admit Card solely from the official website, as no physical or digital copies will be sent to them.
